Not to be a jerk or anything
Not to be a jerk or anything, but I saw that Madison tied a 135 year record for cold, on top of the snow record they broke this year.
I never adjusted to Wisconsin winters, even though everyone said I would eventually. Growing up, the winters are short and present and then gone. And I'm very happy to be back to that.
Yesterday, instead of being bitterly cold in Madison, Brian and I took a long walk in our neighborhood to admire all the blooming flowers. I got hot, so I took off my jacket as we walked, then took off the blouse I had over my t-shirt.
Yay! I'm happy to be home!
