Musings
Walked down to the pet store for cat food, more for the walk than anything today. It's still really beautiful walking weather. On the way back, I accidentally stumbled through a movie set. I know there are a few being filmed in Portland right now, but I'm not sure which one is filming in my neighborhood. Looked pretty professional though, all the grips were tall, thin, dressed in black, impeccibly trimmed hair and wearing sunglasses. Will have to snoop and see what I find out - it'd be fun to see my neighborhood in a film.
If you are reading this from Portland and you know the answer to this, would you mind letting me know? Why do people jog in the streets here rather than on the sidewalks? I keep seeing people do this, with their headphones on, seemingly oblivious to traffic. Isn't it safer to keep people on the sidewalks, cars on the street?
