These are the people in my neighborhood
The neighborhood I moved into has some pretty ambitious people in it. The people we've met so far are a Creative Director for an international design firm, an Argentian novelist, a University of Oregon professor, and a really nice guy (and his wife who is also very nice) who was the former CTO of O'Reilly Media, who has just released some software featured on Boing Boing.
I'm definitely feeling like a bit of an under-achiever, although I am also enjoying still having time to explore Portland. They are all very nice people, and make me like where we are living even more. Congratulations to Rael on opening I Want Sandy to the public!
